JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, estimate, and implement technical solutions.
  • Manage Cloud Data Warehousing operations using Snowflake and Google BigQuery for performance and scalability.
  • Provide dedicated support for Manhattan DFIO, including incident management, error identification, and after-hours support.
  • Execute Change Management protocols via ServiceNow and maintain rigorous Coding Standards.
  • Develop System Test Plans and conduct comprehensive system testing and peer code reviews.
  • Analyze current business processes to build Process Model Diagrams and recommend optimizations.
  • Lead the technical transition and migration from DFIO to new planning products.

Essential Skills:

  • Expert functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment business processes.
  • Hands-on experience in Manhattan DFIO application support and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Data Warehouse architecture (Snowflake/BigQuery).
  • Proven ability in Requirements Gathering, documentation, and System Testing.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and migration planning.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management and change requests.

Desirable Skills:

  • Deep domain expertise in the Retail Industry.
  • Experience in System Integration and Architectural Alignment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
