Description:
  • Process and Workflow Automation
    • Serve as Foundry L&D Automation Champion working to assess and determine automation needs within Foundry L&D.
    • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Flow to streamline L&D processes and reduce manual tasks
    • Provide ownership and maintenance support of current workflow solutions and SharePoint lists.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization across learning operations
    • Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring seamless integration between various platforms
    • Collaborate with internal automation teams as necessary to aid in the development of workflow solutions and dashboards.
  • Technical Support for Foundry Data Strategy and Dashboard Development
    • Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize key learning metrics and organizational KPIs.
    • Partner with leadership to define, track, and report on learning effectiveness metrics and business impact.
    • Prepare reports to show performance outcomes of learning solutions developed within LRL and Foundry L&D.
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems
    • Provide technical guidance on data strategy and recommend best practices for data collection and analysis
  • Knowledge and Learning Management Expertise
    • Develop automated reporting solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual reporting time
    • Consult with business partners in the development of knowledge management repositories for performance support materials.
    • Provide support in developing Foundry L&D SharePoint Sites.
  • Project Management
    • Utilize Smartsheet or similar tools to plan, track, and manage L&D projects from initiation through completion
    • Facilitate project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
    • Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Coaching and Collaboration
    • Establish a network of internal and external learning and business professionals and benchmark as appropriate.
    • Build relationships with L&D leaders and global L&D partners, leveraging organizational and technical knowledge to support business needs and demonstrate L&D value.
    • Provide coaching and upskilling to colleagues as appropriate.
    • Collaborate with IT personnel to implement technology within Foundry  L&D.

 

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology management, information systems, computer science, learning technology, instructional design, performance technology, or related programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in automation workflow and dashboard tools such as Power Automate, Flow and Power BI
  • Expertise with DAX programing language for PowerBI dashboards
  • Expertise with Smartsheet or other Project Management Software
  • Driven person wanting to improve organizational outcomes
  • Self Starter who has a passion for technology, learning, data analysis and continual improvement
  • Effective problem-solving skills to evaluate and resolve business and organizational problems
  • Demonstrated ability in communication, conflict resolution, using good judgement, and managing complexity
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a collaborative environment and build trust with internal and external business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to scope and lead projects
  • Expertise with learning management systems, server content management and learning content delivery tools

 

Other Information/Additional Preferences:

  • M.S. degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Instructional Systems Technology, Adult Learning, or related experience/education
  • Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification
  • Experience managing technology projects for a global audience
  • Experience working with AI technologies
  • Working knowledge of and/or experience in a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated success influencing without authority
  • Instructional Design knowledge with the ability to develop learning solutions
  • Knowledge of tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, WalkMe, Office365, Microsoft Copilot, Bing Enterprise Chat
  • Programming knowledge such as JavaScript, JSON or MySQL
  • Experience with machine learning or large language models
